happy new year -- Kreaxions circle cutter

hi and very good morning.
I was suppose to write this post yesterday, but 130 children dying in worst Taliban attack in Pakistan made me sad and speechless. Didnt felt like posting this happy card.
But we all have to proceed in our intended directions. So here I am with a post after almost three months.

I saw this card on Pinterest with different back ground. I loved it , and it was soo easy to make with Kreaxions circle cutter. i cut three circles with reducing radius starting from 2cms , 1.75cm, 1.25cms.

I sprinkled the back ground with white acrylic paint and shimmer.

Hope you will like it.
Thanks for visiting and happy holidays.

Home is not a place . Its a feeling.

Happy Monday to all !  Second weekend gone , and my house is still in the market. So for another week I cant really start the projects regarding recycling  furniture for my craftroom .
Anyways , I made this over the weekend, on an old book paper and fabric softener sheet.
The moodboard on scraparoundtheworld gave me the color combination and the Aztec pattern on the shorts gave me idea to do Zentangles for my scenery.
I made the trees , house , sun while siting in the library while exile from my home during the open house.
Concept of lessology challenge blod to alter or recycle something really impresses me. So i altered this fabric softener and made a simple scenery on it.
Then pasted the whole thing on a waste cardboard.
Hope you will like this. Made totally from recycled material.

sending love-- card

Hey !   Good morning.   A week later, our house still in market, I am forced to continue living with minimum stuff , leave alone my scrapbooking paraphernalia.
Anyways -berry71bleu has amazing moodboard this month, colours, flowers, leaves all are inspired from the fall colors on the challenge.
mixedmediamojo left me beautiful comments on my autumn leaves card, which motivated me to make another card with a twist to use fabric on my project. Used burlap last time , so tried used fabric softener sheet , coloured it with water colour and was very happy with the result.
made some flowers from an old book ( its some harry potter series) , made a dragon fly, leaves, an d an autumn leaf( zentangle art) as accents to match with the moodboard colors.

I coloured the paper, drew the leaf , covered it with some patterns, and then fuzzy cut it.

here are some closeups.

Bloom Girl

hello ! and very good morning . Sun is still shining in Seattle , getting some extended summer days. Morning and evening are nippy though.

letsgetsketchy magazine is scheduled to be online in November and we all have chance to get our work published in this awesome magazine. Here is my layout to their moodboard and sketch challenge.

I have used awesome circle cutter by Kreaxions.  Its soo easy to use and cut thinnest and smallest of the circles required. It was easy to do layering with circles easily.
Border lace has been created by using Kreaxions 901. I have used the punch to get the corners of the photo too.

I was inspired by the challenge on bloomgirls . It gave me idea to put flower on my daughter's hair.  have been following this blog  and their work is very creative.

Thanks for stopping by. Do leave your comments. They are really appreciated.
Submit your entries for letsgetsketchy online magazine. We would love to see your work.
