Hi! I am back with the second post of the day. Its a shadow box, made for my niece on her second marriage anniversary.

Process
applied gesso on the board, gave some texture at the bottom
gave texture using stencil and modelling paste and then added color, lighter blue for the sky, ocean color an then some kraft fo the sand
Did some stamping for more texture
added the patterened paper according to the sketch
added some burlap and ephemera for more layers
hot glued the handmade fence ,birds , some pieces of lace and corrugated board
added some wall tape , dried moss for more texture
,
applied some more black paint, teal spray and gesso to add depth .
finally added the shells , stamped light house, a bottle of beads inside the box and then added the fishing net and anchor on the glass.
